MOU Signed with IIIT, Hyderabad

Greetings.....

Eswar College of Engineering, Narasaraopet signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with IIIT, Hyderabad. Our college is one among the 25 Engineering Colleges in A.P. which was selected and signed MOU with IIIT-H and also it was the First college signed MOU with IIIT-H in Guntur & Prakasam District Engineering Colleges.

With an aim to impart quality IT education in engineering colleges, the government of India has proposed a Certificate in IT program (CIT). EnhanceEdu, The International Institute of Information Technology - Hyderabad (IIIT-H), will offer teacher/mentor training to the faculty of our college, so that the students benefit with increased employability skills.

EnhanceEdu through CIT Program develops content in Learning - by - Doing methodology, provides teacher training to faculty of our college and offers implementation support to colleges in downstream training for students. 

Benefits:

1. Increase in employability skills of students after taking CIT program
2. Colleges implementing CIT program will be considered for partnering with IIIT, Hyderabad in projects like Content development and Spoken Tutorials.
3. Students who excel in the program will be considered for doing projects at EnhanceEdu, IIIT-H
4. Faculty and students will be given preference and may be sponsored to attend events like invited talks conducted at IIIT-H and workshops, national and international conferences organized by IIIT-H.
